Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Online team store orders are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed and paid for. Each order placed is custom-made to the exact specifications of what the customer orders and pays for. Once a customer pays for the order, the charge is received and non-refundable from STR8 SPORTS, Inc.
